From source, likely means that the code wasn't written to compile from a BSD tree, as evidenced by failure to find the needed header files.

question is "do you have Linux Emulation" running?

Unfortunately, a "find" for "kcmprinterdlg.h" doesn't reveal anything here on 5.1 either.

kcmprinter is/was a Linux package,
maybe you need that as well.
