I went to the port directory net/openldap21-client/ to install openldap-client-2.1.23 andThat Makefile references the server port, and defines CLIENT_ONLY=yes
could only find a Makefile. Do I just install the server? I didn't see one in my

/usr/share/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/porters-handbook/index.html
man make
Just scanned the first three chapters. This will be very helpful. Thanks again.
