What is the procedure to submit a new port when you don't have access to a dedicated and highly-visible Freebsd machine on the internet?
If you try to send a PR from a regular-person connection (e.g. DSL or modem - with no verifiable hostname) sendmail , probably to protect itself from spam, rejects the submission. I wonder how many people just give up trying. So, what address or mailing list should a new port be sent to if you can't use send-pr? Should this be documented in the porter's handbook? --Allan Bowhill [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
