I tried configuring the second network card and i cannot find it using sysinstall.
Try this from the command line:
ifconfig -a
Then take a look in /etc/rc.conf to see how sysinstall set up the first interface and you may be able to work out how to configure the other one... It is also possible the 2nd card is not compatible with freebsd.
