Your question is way to vague. First provide details about what you have done all ready. Post contents of /etc/rc.conf /etc/ppp/ppp.conf and /ver/log/ppp.log describe your internet connection setup.
Most important is you should check the questions list archives, there is a lot of info there about user ppp and how to configure it.
