Did you try this one?

Port:   e2fsprogs-libuuid-1.41.14
Path:   /usr/ports/misc/e2fsprogs-libuuid
Info:   UUID library from e2fsprogs package

A quick glance suggests that SystemImager a Linux-centric software
package; if the above does not work, perhaps it needs to be told that
the library is installed in /usr/local ?
