I'm sure I had my share of disasters with C++ hacking test code , but OMG, the head banging was nothing compared to heavy C coding in the early days. The number of segv's brings back evil memories:-) That, and having to take a notebook and draw out where you were [or _thought_ you were] pointing to. --Things they can't teach very well in the classroom-- that sort of stuff.
