rebuilding everything will only rebuild the former if it's out of date.
Whether the other is rebuilt is irrelevant.
hm ok, I added now the following line:
'graphics/ImageMagick*' => 'portupgrade -f
graphics/ruby-rmagick; /usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache22 restart',
in the AFTERINSTALL section, that should force portupgrade to rebuild
the rmagick port and restart apache afterwards.
