nTop plus 100 others I'm sure. I'm sure even with pf, ipfw, iptables, et al: there's a way to permit "everything" but do accounting. I use ntop daily, but I'm just a novice at others so am just assuming there.
What type of data you want/need vs. how big of footprint/resource requirements will drive your decision.
