Undefined symbol Undefined symbol "stpcpy"

Running FreeBSD 5.0 and installed the yahoo messenger but it doesn't 
work.  Here's what I get when I try running it:

/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /usr/local/lib/libintl.so.4: Undefined symbol 
"stpcpy"

I thought it had to do with gettext and rebuild this port again but 
still have the same problem.
Does anyone know what this problem might be?
