Can someone tell me what this file exactly is for?
Got the message 'Stale lock file found. Removed' running 'portupgrade -a'.
that you use portupgrade -a before and it was stopped by some way and did
not removed it's lock file.
Now it found a lock file, but no longer process that it referenced too, so
it gave a message and deleted it
