I have the SSD version and everything except the webcam and suspend/ resume works out of the box. With WiFi and camera turned off, I can get over 3 hrs on the std battery doing things like locally reading mail. I have a USB 3G dongle and it's quite power-hungry (1/4 to 1/3 of total power consumption). -- Peter Jeremy
