Hello, thank you for the fast answer, it's good to hear that I wasn't totally wrong with my efforts. I will try some other drivers, but I won't spend too much time. I think I will buy one of the supported USB sticks.

Perhaps some of the suggestions made to me by folks who have had success with it will help you. It looks as though you did some (if not all) of the things that I did, which were commented on in the discussion.
