AFAIK that processor does not support changing frequency or voltage on the fly.
Your right, I also had one of those CPU. Only thig you can do is OC from BIOS. I managed to OC it at a 566 MHz stable rate; also managed to have a near 600 MHz (589 MHz) experience but was unstable as hell.
