It probably is there but in another variation. Try "ls -al
/usr/local/lib/libgssapi*" and then if its there, just "ln -s <newname>
/usr/local/lib/libgssapi.so"

well, it doesn't exist...:)
hm_1# ls -al /usr/local/lib/libgssapi.so.2
ls: /usr/local/lib/libgssapi.so.2: No such file or directory
Look at another server 6.3, the same.
thanks

Hi all:
Did the portupgrade and a certain number of
applications failed due to the
error:
gcc: /usr/local/lib/libgssapi.so: No such file or
directory
but i look at the file and it does exist:
hm_1# ls -al /usr/local/lib/libgssapi.so
lrwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 14 Feb 7 20:48
/usr/local/lib/libgssapi.so ->
libgssapi.so.2
does anyone know why this happened and how should i
fix it?
What about /usr/local/lib/libgssapi.so.2 ?
