# ls -l /usr/share/locale/nb_NO.ISO8859-1/LC_TIME -r--r--r-- 1 root wheel 365 31 Jan 16:26 /usr/share/locale/nb_NO.ISO8859-1/LC _TIME # HOwever, in the meantime, I just deleted all locale/nb* during installworld stage to get past that error.
