Hi, you don't have to recompile the kernel to change those, just add them in /boot/loader.conf: kern.ipc.semmni="256" kern.ipc.semmns="512" kern.ipc.semmnu="256" You should also add these lines to /etc/sysctl.conf: kern.ipc.shmmax=536870912 and/or also: kern.ipc.semmap=256 kern.ipc.shm_use_phys=1 kern.ipc.shmall=131072 depending on how much memory you have and how mush shared memory modules need. -- regards, Artis Caune <----.
