I added a user called "mrawebuser", which failed because there was not enough free space on / at the time. Now when I try to add the user again it says the user already exists when it doesn't. I have used rmuser to remove the account and also manually check /etc/passwd, /etc/master.passwd, & /etc/group - none of these files contain any reference to "mrawebuser". If I repeat the rmuser command it will find the user every time.

Run this command:

   # pwd_mkdb -p /etc/master.passwd
