I've thought seriously several times about looking at making all my buildworld'd binaries with debug symbols. I expect it'd eat a massive chunk of drive space though. The kernel undergoes a rather notable size increase: -r-xr-xr-x 1 root wheel 4242610 Jan 18 06:38 /boot/kernel/kernel* -rwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 17684134 Jan 18 06:40 /boot/kernel/kernel.debug* -- Matthew Fuller (MF4839) | [EMAIL PROTECTED] Systems/Network Administrator | http://www.over-yonder.net/~fullermd/ "The only reason I'm burning my candle at both ends, is because I haven't figured out how to light the middle yet" To Unsubscribe: send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
