is it normal to have two ntpds?
767 ?? Ss 0:37.28 /usr/sbin/ntpd -c /etc/ntp.conf -p /var/run/ntpd.pid
844 ?? S 0:00.95 /usr/sbin/ntpd -c /etc/ntp.conf -p /var/run/ntpd.pid
