We loaded FreeBSD on a Proliant 350 sometime back. We at first thought there was a compatibility problem, but it turned out to be some component on the motherboard. They replaced the motherboard and it worked just fine. It was not a rack mount model, but I doubt those will work any differently as far as FreeBSD is concerned. ////jerry > > The only experience I have with HP is their printers and I know nothing > about their server compatability with FreeBSD.
