You can use graphics/libflash with www/flashplugin-mozilla (supports flash files up to version 4) and graphics/gnash (GNU flash player, which is not actually a plugin; AFAIK still can't handle YouTube, but it will in the near future). At this moment, if you want to cover the most demanding flash sites, you have no choice but to use linux-flashplugin (with a wrapper), as described in the mail I've just sent.
