I did a binary upgrade from 6.1 to 6.2 and made what I think was the mistake of having it install the ports tree over my existing ports tree. I'd been using portupgrade to maintain my ports. What's the easiest way to get back to "normal" ?

Remove /usr/ports and resync with cvsup/csup (which could take a while)
or portsnap.
