I just have made it in this order:
cvsup -g -L 2 -h cvsup14.freebsd.org /path/ports-supfile

rehash

pkgdb -F

that was my worked experience.

Dear FreeBSD,

Are the above messages indicating anything I should worry
about? They come up often when I am running portinstall or
pkgdb -F.

What can I do to eliminate them?

    Thank you,
