I am running into an increasing number of web sites - including those of mega-corporations - where the home page is 100% Flash, leaving no way to get inside if you don't do .swf. Short of a native Flash Player (not holding my breath), the correct long-term solution is for someone with the right skill-set (regrettably not me) to fix www/linuxpluginwrapper. This will not only make using Linux Flash players feasible, but will bring joy to the hearts of the many who want to use other Linux plugins.
