nothing seems to be the right option to disable the constant
beep. Also, google doesn't have information about this problem.

You can first do
sysctl hw.syscons.bell=0
in a terminal, or:
echo "hw.syscons.bell=0">>/etc/sysctl.conf
But obviously, the origin of the problem is elsewhere. Try freebsd-
stable@
