Hi,
I've just picked up an Intel Ether Express Pro 100 card - chipset
I82559, with WOL MoBo cable included.

Does the fxp driver for this nic actually make use of any of the
seemingly "optimized for Windows" functionality:-
Advanced management capabilities help lower support costs
Wake on LAN* for remote system wake-up and troubleshooting
Intel® Boot Agent for remote PC deployment
Intel® PROSet II Utility for easy configuration

Not that I'm looking to do any of that, but its handy to know just
what's possible (or not).

Thanks

Stacey
