The filesystem reserves blocks for the superuser (consult manpage for newfs) -m free-space The percentage of space reserved from normal users; the minimum free space threshold. The default value used is defined by MINFREE from <ufs/ffs/fs.h>, currently 8%. See tunefs(8) for more details on how to set this option. - --Aaron -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.1 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFCsJ3pm1yLNDpKjl4RAkkYAKCEj6sFAv43mOPOd7sYnHnR2Dc5YACg8vu9 foObxS/qd6RHhTz5IijKyAo= =xZDl -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
