Does not work

I changed the shell with chpass -s /usr/local/bin/bash -r or rbash
Chpass said that those are unvalid arguments but changed it anyway in
/etc/passwd
But user could not login anymore at all

Any other ideas??

Thanks

Try giving them restricted bash (rbash, or bash -r) as shell.
