Well, i hope this distress reaches a good spirit! i'm in dire need to install kile for kdevelop. i have installed qt and all the others, but, i still get this message. Please show me some light.

of either the headers _or_ the libraries installed. You may need to either
provide correct --with-extra-... options, or the development package of
libjpeg6b. You can get a source package of libjpeg from http://www.ijg.org/

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0.3) (library qt-mt) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.
Make sure that you have compiled Qt with thread support!
