I've been able to get mod_antihak to compile with a lot of manual tweaking of the makefiles (the configure process is bugged). But it relies upon "ipchains" (Linux) in the actual code.

what's your objective? Since they're targeted at IIS, it's unlikely they can do any real harm: minimizing the bandwidth waste is another matter. I use a couple of things I documented here:
