Replace pygments by pygments-25

Since PR 249131 / r549076, textproc/py-sphinx depends on textproc/py-pygments,
and that introduced conflicts with ports using dependencies of
py37-pygments-25, e.g. math/sage which uses both py-sphinx and devel/ipython5.
