py-jupyter_client-6.1.0.patch
Add test target.
Remove support for Python 2.x.
Update consumers to use Python >= 3.5 (avoid break bulk -a).

Tests:
make test: 125 passed, 2 skipped, 4 warnings in 138.20 seconds
Basic runtime tests were made in the consumers' ports.
poudriere ok (11, 12, CURRENT; i386, amd64)
I'll open another bug to mark as deprecated devel/py-ipykernel in favor of
devel/py-ipykernel5.
