py-django-taggit-serializer.patch
Hello,
attached is the patch that adds www/py-django-taggit-serializer, that makes it
possible to serialize tags generated by the www/py-django-taggit package.
Because the tags in the www/py-django-taggit package need to be added into a
TaggableManager() one cannot use the usual Serializer that is retrieved from
the Django REST Framework.
QA:

- poudriere (10.4-, 11.1-, 11.2-RELEASE, 12.0-ALPHA4 i386 + amd64) for each
py27 + py36 flavor -> OK
- portlint -> OK
