Committed with changes:
- Rename port to py-pyxb
- Use USE_PYTHON=concurrent over custom target
- Use CHEESESHOP (preferred) over GitHub sources
- USES=shebangfix not required for setup.py:scripts/console_scripts, setuptools
rewrites shebangs
- Add TEST_DEPENDS on py-libxml2 (some tests are skipped otherwise)
