If you want to provide packages with the non-default python version you can use DEFAULT_VERSIONS= python3.3 for your poudriere make.conf. The issue here is that the dependency list is built with poudriere using PKGORIGIN, however py-setuptools can have several distinct PKGNAME, depending on your chosen python version.
