Re: pango-1.42.4_2 fails in configure on 12.0-RELEASE-p3

First pango needs updated to 1.43.0 (out 12.december 2018). I make a 
"quick try". It has not this error with this version, but has a similar 
error in utils/test/meson.build (I did not really looked into it yet).
