I might be wrong, but I see some similiraties with an issue discussed in those days under the subject "error: undefined symbol: main in poudriere jail". It was a linking problem that appeared only on 12.0-ALPHA7 (or current any anyway, not on 11.2-RELEASE). I suggest you take a look into it.
