My executable is named /usr/local/bin/letsencrypt.sh and does not have a certonly option. $ letsencrypt.sh -h Usage: /usr/local/bin/letsencrypt.sh [-h] [command [argument]] [parameter [argument]] [parameter [argument]] ...
