The Tor BSD Diversity Project (https://torbsd.github.io) is an effort to infuse the BSDs into the Tor ecosystem of privacy technologies.
A small project we recently initiated is "Porting PETs", a listing of privacy-related ports and their statuses in the various BSD ports systems. https://torbsd.github.io/blog.html#pp-announce https://torbsd.github.io/porting-pets.html Some are already ported to one BSD or another, some are not. Others require a lot of review and reworking, while others may not be worth the effort.
