Hi Torsten, I know that a couple of people have looked at creating a gitlab port in the past, and possibly in progress. It might worthwhile catching up with them .. Try Johannes (xmj) who's also on IRC (freenode/efnet), who should be able to at least point you in the right direction and catch you up on his experience with Gitlab. Thanks for getting involved!
