Yes, it was.

The process, as I recall, was to run freebsd-update install, reboot, do 
freebsd-update install again, reboot, then do postmaster -af, THEN 
freebsd-update install a third time.

I suppose it's possible I lost track and never did that second one (It's not 
likely, but it's *possible*). Should I just do it now, keeping in mind I've 
gotten a lot of ports reinstalled in the meantime? 

Or is it best to start over and tell it to grab the 8.4-RELEASE again?
