Let's agree to disagree.

A slightly different point:
I was a new user not so long ago.
The major issue for me was whether
to send a report at all.
Most times I'd be thinking
that I fucked up myself
(and in many cases I did).
In that case my first action would be to
ask in questions@, usually after
several days of trying to figure
out what I have done wrong. Only
after being advised in questions@
that it might be a real issue
and that I should submit a PR for it,
would I do it.

In other words, as a new user
I thought of sending a PR as
a last resort, because I doubted
myself a lot more than the
stability of FreeBSD and the
expertise of the team.
The actual tools to submit a PR
were never an obstacle.
