Well, for me it's not "all" at amount POV: ----- % pkg info | wc -l 726 % pkg info -r perl | wc -l 234 ----- But that minority includes libreoffice, virtualbox, qt4-*, texlive, xorg-*, firefox, thunderbird... Should almost whole ports be rebuilded at a minor perl upgrade is another question.
