Ah, yes, tlmgr is not supported in the patchset yet, but I am planning to add it as a separate port which will be installed as a dependency of print/texlive-full. Package management tools in TeXLive tend to conflict with our ports framework, so patching them to minimize the impact is planned. -- Hiroki
