The error is here, nothing related to the above messages :
Error: shared library "ebook-1.2.9" does not exist

Is that library installed? I have updated my ports tree, and I have:
libebook-1.2.so.10, so I would think your lib depends should be this:
ebook-1.2.10
Or as mentioned earlier, use:
USE_GNOME=evolutiondataserver
