hello.
is there some formal way of suggesting a program for your ports collection?
the thing is, i wrote this hex editor:
http://www.freshmeat.net/projects/dhex which i am rather proud of. and
now i would like to spread it.
however, i am an openbsd user. so i don't know how to exactly make a
port for freebsd.
