Digging further, I see some potential problems with devel/p5-MooseX-Traits:

Correct, p5-MooseX-Traits was updated but p5-Moose wasn't, I should have committed them in batch, but wasn't paying quite enough attention.

I'm waiting on timeout or approval of the following prs:
