FreeBSD Port: nsca-2.7.2_2

i had a need to run this port with nagios 2.x. the documentation for it says it's compatible with either 2.x or 3.x, but the port requires 3.x as a dependency. the attached patch adds a NAGIOS_PORT variable, similar to the APACHE_PORT variable i've used in the past. this allows the user to override the default port dependency and use 2.x as well without conflict.
