When trying to upgrade emulators/linux_base-f8
It ends up in a loop where it tries to fetch the files it needs.

But I get this
File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access)
Or this
Not Found
I've tried the last three days because I thought taht it might take some
time to update the mirrors but now I think I need help.
